Returns and exchanges: I gladly accept returns and exchanges except on items that are customized.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the custom nature of these items. I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders.
Please understand that this is a one woman operation and each item is handmade with great care. I am not a big box store so I only accept returns if there is a flaw in the item. I cannot refund shipping costs. Items must be sent back to me unwashed with postage paid by the buyer.

If you have sensitivities to laundry detergents, fabric softeners, etc: You need to contact me BEFORE ordering to make sure the products I use in my home and on my fabrics will not irritate your sensitivities. While I understand this is a frustrating allergy to have, I cannot accept returns because of skin sensitivities.** I cannot issue returns if the color is slightly different than the sample picture
Payment: I accept Paypal and major credit cards as forms of payment. I will accept checks from established clients. If you would like to pay by check, please send me a message so I can set that up for you. For new clients that want to pay by check, I will not begin work on the order until the check has cleared. There will be an additional fee on checks that bounce because my bank charges me a fee on checks I deposit that bounce based on the amount.
Shipping: Ready to ship items are shipped within 3-5 business days after receiving cleared payment.
Custom items are shipped 1-3 weeks after receiving cleared payment, unless otherwise noted on shop announcement or in the shipping information tab for the item. I put a tracking number on items mailed in the US. If you want insurance or signature confirmation on your item that will be an additional cost. If the shipping ends up being much less than what you were charged, I will refund the overage cost to your paypal account or credit card.
International Customers: Please do not ask me to declare a lower value on your packages on custom forms. Doing so is a federal offense that can get both of us in big trouble. International customers are responsible for paying any duties or taxes imposed by their countries' postal authorities. I am required to ALWAYS puts the actual price paid on customs forms.
**Important: I absolutely cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Once the post office has the package, it is totally out of my control. I will work with you to place a claim with the post office, but I cannot give refunds for items lost in the mail.
Additional policies and FAQs: Please do not ask me to copy work done by another company or trademarked names. Due to copyright laws I cannot embroider logos of other companies, schools, teams, etc. onto anything (NIKE, CHANEL, Pro Sports, College sports, etc)
